Job Description
- Inspect, supervise and support the work performed by Salesman. Evaluate performance of salesman.
- Inspect and sign receipts relevant to Sales Department: expenses, goods orders, sales contract, promotion, reception expenses… within the authority granted by the Company
- Develop new customer base and support sales groups in developing current and potential customer bases
- Responsible for effectively managing cylinders, other assets: reduce bad debts, suggest and implement cylinder management measures submitted to Board of Directors for approval
- Support the settlement of debts and cylinders by subordinates when requested by them
- Achieve sales goals regarding turnover, debts and cylinder management assigned to cylinder sales department.
- Coordinate with production, Logistics, liquid gas supply and technical customer service departments to satisfy customers’ demands
- Complete the following reports and submit to Board of directors
- Weekly sales report with detailed analysis
- Monthly sales report: Turnover/ cylinder/ confirmation of debts, with detailed analysis
- Market research report: Facts on competitors: investment status, selling price policy, cylinder management, strengths and weaknesses… and suggestions; other market facts
- Detailed market research report
- Make annual sales plan and yearly targets, details depending on products
- Set targets for subordinates/ perform staff evaluation
- Train current and new employees
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Board of Directors

Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree of Business administration, Marketing. Min 3 years experience in working with position Sales Manager.
- Fluently in Chinese is a plus.
